To complement the department of environments ‘National Green crops Scheme ‘The school has very active eco club having five members headed. by Mrs. Renu Vashista. To aware students about the need of environment Conservation the school celebrates Anti pollution day, Tree plantation Day by holding competitions on paper- reading, essay writing, poster & slogan making, along with taking out Rallies is the regular features of the club. Celebrations of oil conservation week, world environment day, Van Mahotsava week, Earth day, International bio-diversity day and International ozone day are regular feature of the club. Herbal garden of school is great attraction for people of periphery as it nurtures numerous species of herbal plants.
S.S.A.
The school has successfully implemented center’s SSA scheme to achieve country’s 100% literacy drive. The SSA is working under the supervision of SSA Incharge Ms. Archana Sharma which comprises of 11 TGTs and 2 JBTs. There are 6 Special Training Centres(STC) which are working for unprivileged children. It comprises of 6 Special Training Teachers who are not only bridging the gap of teaching-learning process but also inculcating in them the habits of maintaing personal hygiene with the help of 2 volunteers so that these children can also be the part of normal school life and enjoy their childhood and rights--> सब पढ़ें सब बढ़ें|
C-TOSS
To complement class room teaching , The C-Toss training enables the students to be efficient in interactive skills to be excellent in all four major skills-(listening, speaking, reading,writing) of language learning process. Under C-TOSS students are provided training to improve their inter-personal skills.
In our school C-TOSS training is provided by Mrs. Mridu S. Vaid.The purpose of this program is to boost the confidence among students and develop their L,S,R,W skills so that they can compete efficiently with their counterparts.
The efforts is made to develop their personality by helping them build their confidence. The students are provided with ample opportunities to converse in english language so as to remove their hesitation while speaking english.
National Service Scheme (NSS)
National Service Scheme (NSS) is a permanent Youth Programme under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. The school has one NSS unit headed by Mr. Rajeshwar which regularly work to inculcate the values among students that how to serve the community The main aim of National Service Scheme is personality development through social service or community service. This programme is to inculcate the social welfare thoughts in the students, and to provide service to the society without any prejudice. NSS volunteers work hard day and night to ensure that every one in our society who is needy gets the every possible help from them so that they can also enhance their standards and lead a life of dignity in the society with all of us.
Multimedia Room - TEACHING AIDS
Multimedia Room of school enables teachers to provide multimedia teaching aids to students to clerify the topic very easily. Multimedia romm facilitates with Projector,A wide screen, Digital Podium containing -a mic,speakers and other needful devices.
Computer Labs
Computer labs equipped with 21 computers and 1 projector provide opportunity to the student to be creative to access to hi-tech technologies . Internet Facility is available in all the computers and computers are backup with a high quality UPS makes them functional in the absence of elctricity for a long. Lab also facilitates with highly experiences and qualified two I.T. Techers to lead the students in the right way in the field of I.T.
Sports Facilities:-
Sports & games are inseparable part of school’s teaching & learning process. To ensure best physical, mental & psychological development school hosts various games /sports basketball,Cricket ,volleyball, Hand Ball and individual atheltic events etc.
Time to time wining tally of medals in various National, State & district level competitions speak volumes of facilities provided to students in fields of sports.
